Vistelo provides activated NFC + QR cards and stickers for hospitality venues. Each product is prepared for Vistelo activation and can open the enabled guest-experience modules — menu, reviews, service requests and more.

Choose the default Vistelo design, or a custom client-branded version.
Positioning
Hardware is not the main product. It is the premium physical entry layer into Vistelo. Cards and stickers are prepared for activation and open the enabled guest-experience modules — the value lives in the portal behind them.

Prices in EUR. Shipping included.
Default and client-branded versions. Custom design is billed separately through Vistelo Atelier.
Slovenia & Croatia
EU · no import VATSlovenia & Croatia are EU markets: shipping is included and there is no import VAT / customs process in this model. The full amount is paid to NVA by invoice.

Commercial note
Cross-border hardware pricing
- Slovenia and Croatia are EU markets, so there is no import VAT / customs import process in the same way as non-EU destinations.
- NVA is not VAT liable, so invoices are issued without Slovenian VAT.
- For non-EU Balkan destinations, local import VAT / customs handling may apply and is paid locally to the post office or customs authority — not to NVA.
- Vistelo adjusts foreign hardware pricing to keep the final client cost reasonable after shipping and local import costs.
Shipping & import
Prices for non-EU markets are adjusted to leave room for shipping and local import handling, so the final cost remains commercially reasonable. If your company prefers to handle shipping or import directly, we can also prepare the hardware sale separately and let your team manage the logistics.
VAT treatment
VAT treatment depends on your country and VAT status. VAT-registered businesses may be able to deduct eligible import VAT through their local VAT return. Non-VAT-liable clients usually treat local VAT / import charges as cost. This is commercial information, not tax advice.
- All prices are customer-facing offer prices in EUR.
- Shipping from Slovenia is included in the pricing tables.
- For non-EU destinations, the import VAT amount is an estimate; final local import charges may vary slightly depending on customs treatment.
- Custom product design is billed separately through Vistelo Atelier where applicable.
- Final delivery conditions and payable amounts are confirmed in the client-specific quotation before production.
