Vistelo provides activated NFC + QR cards and stickers for hospitality venues. Each product is prepared for Vistelo activation and can open the enabled guest-experience modules — menu, reviews, service requests and more.

The standard card
Two formats. One system.
The default Vistelo card ships in two orientations — same design, same NFC + QR, same portal behind them. Bilingual by default: your guests’ language first, English beneath it.
The horizontal card
Lies flat on the table like a coaster or sits beside the menu. The amber circle marks the NFC tap spot; the QR code is always there as a fallback — every guest gets in on the first try.
The portrait card
Stands upright in a holder and stays visible across the table. Ideal where the invitation should be seen from a distance — terraces, bars, reception.
Shown here: the Slovenian + English version, as supplied to Slovenian venues (and shown on the English site). Croatian and Macedonian venues receive the same design in their own language — always with English beneath.

Direct adhesive card

- The same design in biodegradable Bio-PVC, applied directly to the table surface.
- Works best
- Fixed tables, bar tops and outdoor furniture.
- Movable
- No — fixed once applied.
- Visibility
- High and always in the same place.
- Placement & cleaning
- Wipe over it directly; nothing to reposition.
- Main advantage
- Always present, never moved or lost.
- Main tradeoff
- Committed to one surface and position.
Portrait holder presentation

- The card presented upright in a portrait stand.
- Works best
- Tables where an upright, tented presence reads best.
- Movable
- Yes — the holder moves as one piece.
- Visibility
- Highest. Stands above table clutter.
- Placement & cleaning
- Lift the holder to clean beneath it.

- Most premium, most visible presentation.
- Main tradeoff
- Optional upgrade; occupies table footprint.
Landscape holder presentation

- The card presented in a wider landscape stand.
- Works best
- Bars, counters and narrow surfaces.
- Movable
- Yes — the holder moves as one piece.
- Visibility
- High, with a lower profile than portrait.
- Placement & cleaning
- Lift the holder to clean beneath it.

- Stable and readable on tight surfaces.
- Main tradeoff
- Optional upgrade; wider footprint.
Movable and adhesive access points are part of the complete implementation calculation. Holder presentations are a genuine optional premium upgrade. You can mix formats across the venue.
Commercial note
Delivery and local charges
- Slovenia and Croatia are EU markets, so there is no import VAT / customs import process in the same way as non-EU destinations.
- NVA is not VAT liable, so invoices are issued without Slovenian VAT.
- For non-EU Balkan destinations, local import VAT / customs handling may apply and is paid locally to the post office or customs authority — not to NVA.
- Implementation pricing for markets outside the EU already accounts for delivery and local import handling, so the final client cost stays commercially reasonable.

Prices for markets outside the EU leave room for delivery and local import handling, so the final cost stays commercially reasonable. If your company prefers to arrange delivery or import itself, we can prepare the implementation so your team handles the logistics.
VAT treatment
VAT treatment depends on your country and VAT status. VAT-registered businesses may be able to deduct eligible import VAT through their local VAT return. Non-VAT-liable clients usually treat local VAT / import charges as cost. This is commercial information, not tax advice.

- Shipping from Slovenia is included in the pricing tables.
- For non-EU destinations, the import VAT amount is an estimate; final local import charges may vary slightly depending on customs treatment.
- Custom product design is billed separately through Vistelo Atelier where applicable.
- Final delivery conditions and payable amounts are confirmed in the client-specific quotation before production.
