These terms cover the use of this website. Commercial terms for the Vistelo service are agreed separately.
Use of this site
This site provides information about the Vistelo product. Nothing here is a binding offer; specific terms are agreed in a separate service agreement.
Who Vistelo is for
Vistelo is a service for hospitality businesses. It is provided to companies, sole traders and other customers ordering for purposes connected with their commercial or professional activity, and is not offered for private consumer use unless expressly agreed in writing.
Pricing
Prices shown are indicative, may vary by country and quantity, and may change. One-time setup fees are paid once; monthly pricing is ongoing.
Commercial definitions
A customer account (tenant) is the contracting organization and its central management environment; it may manage several properly licensed properties and package families. A property is one physical site, integrated building complex or genuinely unified hotel/resort campus — the main location billing unit. A concept or outlet (restaurant, bar, café, spa, fitness operation or another guest-facing experience inside a property) may have its own branding, portal, menu, staff and analytics without becoming a separate property. A department or fulfilment station (kitchen, bar, reception, housekeeping, maintenance, concierge, spa reception) and a facility, resource or service area (treatment room, pool, court, conference room, floor, terrace, zone) are never separately billable venues. An active access point is a uniquely addressable table, room, zone, facility or guest context active in Vistelo. An active provider is a therapist, masseur, beautician or other provider with active appointment availability in Vistelo — archived or inactive providers do not count.
Property-based pricing
Vistelo prices primarily by physical property and required capability family, not by tenant, portal, slug, menu, department, staff group or brand name. A different street address normally means another property; shared ownership, brand, staff, management or menu does not merge two physical properties. Up to two connected restaurant-family concepts at the same property share one Primo, Secondo or Degustazione package; the third and later connected concept is billed as an Additional Connected Concept. Separate properties require separate packages. Two to four properties under one customer account are standard portfolio business; five or more properties require a Carte Blanche quotation.
Cross-vertical packages
Package families never silently inherit each other. An integrated hotel spa — part of the same hotel/resort guest experience and deployment — is covered entirely by Vistelo Grand Tour, never a second wellness subscription. A standalone wellness business with a separate identity, customer base, booking operation or materially separate staff and management is priced with Vistelo Essenza or Vistelo Rituale, alongside the hotel package where both genuinely exist at the same property. Common ownership alone does not merge two separate businesses.
Active capacity and material changes
Active access points and active providers are measured as configured and activated in Vistelo at the relevant time. We will notify you of material changes to these commercial terms. Where actual use materially differs from an accepted Order Form, Vistelo may prospectively reclassify the account to the applicable commercial terms; reclassification is never retroactive.
No avoidance of applicable charges
Dividing, combining, renaming, temporarily deactivating or redirecting concepts, access points, providers or properties mainly to avoid an applicable charge does not change the underlying classification or the charges that apply to it.
Discount eligibility
Connected-property, portfolio, launch, founding-client and negotiated discounts are mutually exclusive unless an accepted Order Form explicitly says otherwise — discounts do not stack, and the strongest eligible discount applies to each affected charge.
Estimates are not binding offers
Published formulas are current list pricing. The final classification, activated scope, optional physical presentation, delivery, integrations and other custom work are confirmed in the accepted quotation or Order Form, which controls if it differs.
Order tracking, not fiscal settlement
Vistelo may track operational orders and tabs without claiming verified fiscal revenue, automatic legal receipts or accounting settlement unless a relevant fiscal or payment integration is separately activated.
Cancellation and refunds
Orders, cancellation, refunds and how we handle hardware defects are covered by our Cancellation, Refunds & Defects policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The Vistelo name, marks and content on this site belong to NVA Digital and may not be reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms and any Vistelo service agreement are governed by the law of Slovenia, and the courts of Slovenia have jurisdiction, unless the accepted service agreement states otherwise.
