Common combinations.
Restaurant + bar or café, one property
Up to two connected restaurant-family concepts share one Primo, Secondo or Degustazione package and its active-code allowance — separate portals, menus and staff, one subscription.
A third connected concept
The third and later connected restaurant-family concept at the same property is an Additional Connected Concept: 99 € Mise en Place + 10 €/month, plus its own capacity.
Hotel + restaurant, one property
Guests order from their room or the restaurant table; requests route to the right department either way. Explicitly connecting the two applies the confirmed minimum-package rule.
Hotel + integrated spa
An integrated hotel spa is covered entirely by Grand Tour — never a second wellness subscription.
Hotel + independent wellness business
A standalone wellness operation at the same property is a genuine second package — Essenza or Rituale alongside the hotel package.
Two to four properties
Standard portfolio business: your primary property pays list price, and properties two to four receive 15% off their fixed recurring base and fixed Mise en Place base.
Five or more properties
Group scope, priced by Carte Blanche quotation rather than the automatic configurator.
Priced by property, not by tenant or portal.
Property is the billing unit — one physical site or genuinely unified campus. Concepts, departments, facilities and service areas inside it are never separate packages. A genuine secondary vertical at the same property — for example a standalone wellness business next to your hotel — receives 20% off its recurring software price and fixed Mise en Place base. Discounts never stack: the strongest eligible discount applies to each charge, confirmed in your project offer.
