How does one-time setup differ from the monthly subscription?

Mise en Place setup is paid once — it is the preparation and onboarding for your chosen package. The monthly subscription continues after setup and covers access to your enabled modules, hosting, dashboard usage and the agreed support level.

How long is launch pricing valid?

Launch setup pricing is available for projects confirmed by 31 August. Regular setup pricing applies afterwards; the monthly subscription stays as listed either way.

How is VAT handled for cross-border clients?

For cross-border digital services, the invoice is issued without Slovenian VAT because NVA is not VAT liable. Business clients outside Slovenia may have local self-assessment or reverse-charge obligations depending on their country and VAT status. VAT-registered clients may be able to deduct eligible VAT in the same return, while non-VAT-liable clients normally cannot deduct it. This is commercial information, not tax advice — please confirm with your accountant.

Are hardware and design included in a package?

No. Physical NFC / QR cards, stickers and printed materials are priced separately in the hardware offer, and custom card, sticker or brand design is handled by Vistelo Atelier (NVA Digital) — unless something is specifically included in your client quotation.

What about payments, POS and fiscalization?

These are not part of the standard launch packages. Even table ordering in Degustazione is a no-payment request flow, so your existing payment and POS setup stays exactly as it is. Payment / POS workflows can be scoped later under Carte Blanche.
